hey, meet maddy
I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Maddy, and I’m a private yoga and wellness guide dedicated to helping modern creatives, busy parents, travelers, and high performing individuals return to balance.
Rooted in over a two decades of practice, a decade of teaching group fitness and global teaching experience, my approach is both intuitive, while blending movement, mindfulness, and energy awareness to create space for deep restoration and clarity.
Through my practice I work one-on-one with clients around the world, designing personalized yoga (asana’s - the postures) with breathing exercises, visualizations, flows and recovery rituals that travel with you. From quiet moments at home to long days on set or on tour. Each session is completely customized to meet the moment: strengthening when the body needs power, revitalizing or calming breath, softening when the mind needs stillness, and always honoring the natural rhythm within.
