I'm a Nervous System Guide, yoga teacher, and recovering high-achiever who spent years living in survival mode — too wired to rest, too exhausted to keep going.

I created Downshift because I needed it myself. And because I kept meeting people in the same quiet emergency: accomplished, capable, deeply burned out, and not entirely sure how they got there.

I work 1:1 with clients around the world, teach in Austin, TX, and travel the globe testing these practices on the most honest laboratory I know — my own nervous system.

What's the difference between the four offerings?+
The Downshift 7 Day Reset is where most people begin — seven days of guided practice designed to help you determine whether nervous system dysregulation is at the root of your burnout. If it is, you'll feel it within a week. The HRV Insight Session goes deeper with biometric data — 30 minutes, real numbers, real clarity on exactly where your system is. Downshift 1:1 Coaching is the full 30-day private reset built around your HRV results and your life. Private Yoga & Regulation sessions are ongoing 1:1 movement and breathwork — available on their own or alongside any of the above.
Do I need any experience with yoga or breathwork?+
None at all. If you have a body and you're breathing, you can do this. These practices were built for real people with real lives — not yoga studios or wellness retreats.
Can I work with you if I'm not in Austin?+
Yes. All 1:1 coaching, yoga, and parts of Downshift are available virtually, worldwide. The HRV Insight Session must be done in-person.
What comes after Downshift?+
For clients who want to continue, I offer ongoing 1:1 nervous system coaching. Many people do a second round of Downshift 3–6 months later. The HRV data we collect gives us a clear before and after — and a roadmap for what comes next.
How long until I feel a difference?+
Many clients notice a shift within the first week — not because the nervous system changes overnight, but because simply being witnessed and given tools creates an immediate sense of safety. The deeper changes unfold over 30 days and beyond.
