A fully personalized, guided program designed to help you regulate your system over 30 days. Rooted in breathwork, movement, and intentional rest—this is about creating lasting change, not quick fixes.
3. Private Yoga & Nervous System Sessions
In-home or on-location sessions tailored to your body and your current state—ranging from grounding and restorative to more dynamic, depending on what your system needs.

From there, everything we do is personalized to you—your patterns, your lifestyle, your capacity. This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about removing the noise your body is holding onto.
